Yvener Duroseau has been a member of Toastmasters International since May 2016. He is driven by a desire to inspire those around him to achieve greatness by becoming the best version of themselves. He began his career in the church as a youth minister; wherein he was able to speak on a variety of topics, such as self-esteem, combating peer-pressure, and following the right path in life. He is the CEO and founder of Yvener Duroseau Enterprises, LLC and it’s sub-companies: Positive Print Shop, a custom t-shirt company providing Screen Printing, Digital Printing, Embroidery services and Getmycompanyonline.com, an Internet domain registrar and web hosting company. Yvener believes that being a member of Toastmasters International is what can help him improve his communication skills as a speaker.
Wayne retired from Tulsa Public Schools where he worked for twelve years. A friend introduced him to Toastmasters. Wayne likes to teach scripture, so he joined Toastmasters to improve his communication skills.
A Workplace Learning and Performance (WLP) Professional and a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Walt owns Walt Hansmann Training and Development, LLC. He designs and facilitates learning that encourages participants to Harness the Power of Knowing™. Walt is a past president of the Torchlighters. He is also a former member and club officer of The Informers Toastmasters Club and of the 11th Street Talkers Toastmasters Club, both in Tulsa. “I believe that Toastmasters offers the opportunity to build, hone, and refine the leadership and communication skills everyone needs in their lives and careers. Steve has been a business owner, a technician, and a salesman in the heating and air conditioning industry. He has been the author of numerous articles for various HVAC trade publications. He is a father and a grandfather of three boys. He has been a Cub Scout and Boy Scout leader. He joined Toastmasters to learn better to speak to, and for, the youth of our country. His purpose is to change the future of our country by changing the attitudes and therefore the lives of our young people. Steve has been involved in Toastmasters since April of 2011 and believes it is the best program available for learning to communicate.
Stephanie is a Child Welfare Supervisor in the adoption division for the Department of Human Services. Stephanie provides guidance and support to children who are in need of a permanent home. Stephanie has a love for helping people. Especially, teaching skills that will enable them to become independent and empowered. Stephanie desires to enhance her public speaking skills through Toastmasters as she dreams of becoming a motivational speaker. Stephanie is the mother of two children. Her hobbies and interests include reading, Bootcamp, writing, and theater.
For years, Sherry dreamt of becoming a public speaker and a published author. In 2009, she took a step of faith and joined Toastmasters International in hopes of improving her communication and public speaking skills. As a result, her dream became a reality. She is now a sought-after inspirational speaker, licensed minister and published author. During her leisure time, Sherry enjoys reading, entertaining, cooking and home decorating.
Robin Blonsky is a former business owner, who now spends her time as a stay-at-home mom and freelance writer. She enjoys travel, staying active and cooking/entertaining. She resides with her husband, two daughters, and the family dog in Broken Arrow, OK.
Rhonda McDaniel, Development Director, graduated with a BSW from Oral Roberts University and MSW from the University of Oklahoma. She grew up in Oklahoma and joined the Operation Aware team in 2014, after working as a Grants Manager and Volunteer Coordinator. She volunteered for Big Brothers Big Sisters, before having two children of her own. In her spare time, Rhonda enjoys reading, crocheting, church and having fun with her husband and kids.
Larry Forrester was born and raised in Odessa, TX. At 19 years old, he joined Toastmasters. As a result, he was transformed from a shy young man, who was sorely afraid of speaking in class, into a more confident person. He has benefitted greatly from as Toastmaster training as communication skills, social skills, and leadership skills have been developed. He is owner and operator of Aspen Flow Controls.
Dianne Williams is a Design Engineer. She graduated from OSU with a BSME in 2013. Dianne joined Toastmasters International to improve her communication skills. She conducts a weekly presentation at her workplace to a group of engineers. Dianne is married and has two children: Michael and Julie.
Deanna was born in Litchfield, IL and was raised in St. Louis MO. She attended Barbizon modeling school and later performed modeling and TV commercials. Deanna also attended Oral Roberts University and has taken classes in missionary studies. She has six children and six great grandchildren. Deanna is an author and has published a book entitled " Child For Rent" which tells the story of her life in fiction format. She joined Toastmasters International to improve her communication skills as a speaker and author.
David is the owner of Crown Furniture, a family business in Tulsa OK. He has been married for 15 years and has three children.
